Automatic Bill Payment

Why sign up for automatic payments?  NO MORE LATE FEES!!  There is no need to worry about mail delivery or forgetting to pay.

Ways to Pay Your Bill Automatically

  1. Log into the Customer Portal

    1. You can pay automatically by credit/debit card or bank account.

    2. There is no fee to pay by bank account.

    3. There is a convenience fee of $2.00 per $100.00 paid (i.e. up to $100 charged $2, $100.01-$200.00 charged $4, and so on) to pay by credit/debit card.

    4. Once signed up it will be in effect for the next billing processed. Please make a one time payment to avoid late fees.

  2. Download the Authorization Form (PDF), fill it out, and mail, drop off, or email to us.

    1. If you have more than one account, please complete a separate authorization for each account or put all account numbers on the form.

    2. Once the form is submitted it will be in effect for the next billing processed.

  • Your payment(s) will be deducted from your bank account automatically.

  • The date which appears in the “Due Date” box  indicates the date the bank will withdraw the money from your account.

  • Once enrolled in automatic bill payment you will see, “ * Auto Draft – Do Not Pay * ” printed on your bill.

  • If a payment is returned by the bank for any reason, there is a $35.00 returned payment fee.
